3 Dimensions has comprehensive complaints procedures for young people in our care and for staff, parents, professionals and member of the public. The procedures provide clear timescales and are age appropriate depending on the audience.
Ashcroft, our adult care home, has specific young person/service user guides on how to make a complaint which use pictograms and are designed for individuals with classic autism and severe communications difficulties.
